About Joe
Joe is a Marine Corps Veteran and LA County Sheriff’s Deputy Veteran of 13 years. He obtained his real estate sales persons license in 1992 and worked as a sales agent for a Century 21 Brokerage while still working a full time job in law enforcement. He obtained his real estate Broker’s license and founded HomeBased Realty® in 1997 at which time he resigned from the Sheriff’s department and founded HomeBased Realty®. Joe is responsible for and manages approximately 125 real estate agents at HomeBased Realty as their Broker. Over the past 32+ years , Joe has represented thousands of home buyers and home sellers either directly or as the responsible Broker through his agents. Joe has vast knowledge and experience in representing both Sellers & Buyers in real estate transactions. Joe has also managed and sold foreclosure properties for Bank of America, Countrywide Home Loans and Fannie Mae over the years and is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Foreclosure/Short Sale specialist. Joe resides in Santa Clarita Ca. and has been married 39 years to his wife Sandra & has 3 grown children . His eldest Ian Morales is also a Broker assisting Joe with daily operations at HomeBased Realty®.
